The Diodian mother ship blasts into the Earth's atmosphere sending the entire world into the apocalypse. Riots ensue after the sun becomes eclipsed by the Diodian death ray, which begins firing at the planet's most important areas. With the president dead, General Cooter takes command and assembles all of the world's forces to defend the planet from invasion. Meanwhile, Ghost and the nano bot are engaged in a battle of the mind. He must overcome the nano bot with sheer willpower as the nano bot attempts to break him down mentally.
